The Commoner620 William Penn Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 If youâre in the mood for American classics or craft spirits, consider going downtown to The Commoner. You can find this gastropub in the Kimpton Hotel Monaco on William Penn Place. They also have an open-air rooftop Biergarten located nine stories up that serves European beer and German-influenced snacks.
